How To Create/Submit a Ticket


1. Once you're on, click "Submit a request". This is what you'll see:


2. Enter the following details:

  • email address
  • subject of your request
  • description - please put in necessary details so the Support team will be able to accurately identify the issue/s
  • add attachments if any

3. Verify and click the Submit button.

You will then receive your ticket number on your email and within 2 hours our Support team will let you know someone will be handling your request.
